Real Madrid 2-2 FC Barcelona in the first leg of Spanish Super Cup



Barcelona draw against hosts Real Madrid 2-2 in first leg of Spanish Super Cup at the Santiago Bernabeu on Monday. These results would be advantageous for Barca in the second leg at the Nou Camp on Wednesday.

Madrid went ahead in the 13th minute when Mesut Ozil netted the ball into the goal, allowing pass from Karim Benzema. Ozil neatly put the ball low and hard past Valdes.

Although Madrid dictated play for much of the first half as Barcelona's passing game lacked its usual sharpness and had little pressure, but the individual quality of Barca's players reverse the situation with a netted two goals in the rest of the half.
