Sergio Aguero sign for Manchester City



According to www.mcfc.co.uk, The Manchester City official website reported that Sergio Aguero has become Manchester City’s signing after the terms of his five year deal were completed Thursday evening.

The son in law of Argentina icon Diego Maradona has moved to the from Atletico Madrid, and is likely to be in the squad for this weekend’s Dublin Super Cup tournament, which also involves Celtic and Inter Milan. He will wear the No.16 jersey.

Earlier on Thursday, Aguero said on his twitter account: "I'm already a City player. Happy to be in this club and this city."

The 23 year old Argentinian international striker arrived in England on Wednesday to finalise the transfer for a reported £38m and he is expected to replace unsettled compatriot Carlos Tevez.

Aguero has spent five seasons at Atletico Madrid, where he won the UEFA Europa League in 2009/2010 and He has scored 74 goals in 175 games for the Spanish club.
