Ten-man Real Madrid hold a draw Barca, 1-1

'El Clasico' part two takes place in the Santiago Bernabeu as Real Madrid host Barcelona in the competition Primera Liga on Saturday (04/16/2011). Two penalties and a red card going on this match, with the score 1-1 draw.

Lionel Messi put his side into the lead from the spot following Raul Albiol’s reckless challenge on David Villa, which earned the defender a red card.

Madrid were awarded a penalty of their own in the 82nd minute when Marcelo was fouled by Dani Alves, allowing Cristiano Ronaldo to score his first goal against Barcelona in seven matches.

With a draw both teams collecting just one point. Barcelona remained at the top of the standings with 86 points, followed by Real Madrid in the runner-up position with 78 points. With only five games remaining, the possibility of Barca retain La Liga title is quite large.
