Madrid sign 7 year old Leonel Angel Coira, who they dubbed as the next Lionel Messi

Spanish giants Real Madrid reportedly agreed to sign a 7 year old Argentinean boy. That was confirmed by club’s spokesman Juan Tapiador on Monday and He added that the youngster would begin training on September 6, as reported by AFP.

Angel Leonel Coira, is an Argentinean boy who has lived in Spain since three years ago. While Miguel, the father of Leonel, was a coach in a small team on the outskirts of Madrid.

The boy admitted that Lionel Messi was his idol but added that Real Madrid is his preferred club. He hopes to play in the Real Madrid first team in the future, although Messi is the star in the Real Madrid rival's, FC Barcelona

According to a newspaper in Spain, Leonel has signed a one year contract with Los Blancos, and then the contract can be renewed. However, Leonel yet to be receive a salary from the club. The contract was also mentioned, Leonel will be able to play in Real Madrid's first team when he was 16 years old.

Fabio Coentrao Set to Move to Real Madrid


Real Madrid have signed Portuguese full back Fabio Coentrao from Benfica on a six season deal for a fee of €30 million, the clubs said on Tuesday (7/5/2011) after passing his medical test.

The 23 year old had a chance to admire the club's nine European Champions Cup titles and the Best Club of the 20th Century award.

Coentrao is the fifth squad reinforcement of the close season for Real's Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho following the acquisitions of Turkey midfielders Nuri Sahin and Hamit Altintop, French defender Raphael Varane and Spanish forward Jose Callejon.

Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo wins 2011 Golden Boot award

Malaga 1-3 Barcelona: Champions end campaign

Cristiano Ronaldo break Pinichi record and become highest top scorer in a single Primera Liga season

Atletico Madrid VS Real Madrid 1-2
