Andre Villas-Boas has Signed a three year Deal with Chelsea as Manager



Chelsea now has a new manager. As spoken previously crowded, Andre Villas-Boas eventually appointed by the Blues as their new boss.

The 33 year old has signed a three year contract with the London club after resigning from his post with Porto yesterday.

Villas-Boas is the same age as players Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba but won the Portuguese Primeira Liga, League Cup and UEFA Europa League last season.

Chelsea paid the 15 million euros compensation to release the Portuguese coach from his Porto contract, with Villas-Boas succeeding Carlo Ancelotti, who was sacked after a trophyless season.
