Former Giallorossi coach Spalletti: Roma deserve 2005-06 Scudetto

Although the 2005/06 Scudetto title has been determined to be owned by Inter Milan, but the former Roma coach Luciano Spaletti ask FIGC submit the Scudetto 2005-06 season to Roma.

Spalletti believes Roma deserve the 2005-06 Scudetto, now that Inter have also been dragged into the Calciopoli scandal.

The 2005-06 title was stripped from Juventus and handed to the Nerazzurri, who had finished third behind AC Milan.

Calciopoli scandal had not yet finished, because Juventus a while ago sent the latest evidence that a few years ago was not revealed. Recent evidence suggests that Inter are also involved Calciopoli as other big clubs, who used to correspond with the referee commission before the match. A few days ago, FIGC refused to re-open the investigation related to Calciopoli, because they judge the evidence is not too significant, and because the deadline has passed for processing.

Final decisions related to this latest evidence will be decided next few days.
